DaVinci Resolve Studio and Blackmagic Cloud Power Collaborative VFX for Meta’s The Faceless Lady VR Series

Blackmagic Design announced that Light Sail VR used DaVinci Resolve Studio and Blackmagic Cloud for editing and visual effects on Meta's The Faceless Lady, the six-episode live-action VR horror series from Eli Roth and Crypt TV, completing 318 of 360 VFX shots in-house at 8192x4096 resolution. Creative director Matt Celia describes how keeping the workflow in a single application helped the team deliver six 22-minute episodes, with VFX supervisor Scott Lynch detailing cloud-based remote collaboration in Fusion.
